• depositary activity of the keeper of securities;
• underrating;
• securities management activity;
• asset management activity, and also fundraising activity of asset management organizers for construction financing, real estate operations.

The investment group is the member of the Ukrainian international stock exchange, and also a member of PFTS Association.

The group is a member of the Ukrainian association of investment business www.uaib.com.ua.

The volume of the company statutory fund grants the right to operate the clients assets up to UAH 2,5 billion.

"Initsiatyva" is the manager of non-state pension fund, and also of some construction financing funds.

In the 2008 the group has opened 2 public investment funds
«DEPOSIT +» and «Deliberate Choice».
