I am an Executive Director of Initsiatyva Stock Company. My career with the Corporation started in 2000 when Initsiatyva Stock Company was founded. Since then, I’ve grown professionally from the position of securities department specialist to that of director. I think that experience gained during my work in the stock company is unique since it provided me with a whole picture of all processes taking place during every stage of rendering of financial services in the securities market.

I’ve started working with Initsiatyva Financial Group quite recently in 2008.
My career with UBG Corporation started in ERDE BANK with the position of the Head of Securities Department. I have been working in the stock market since 2000 and have 6 years of banking experience.
Working in Initsiatyva Financial Group, I can utilize all my experience gained and that is what attracts me most. I also enjoy our working as a team of professionals aimed at achieving a common goal.
 

At the moment, I hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Initsiatyva Stock Company.
My career with the Corporation started in October, 2007, in government securities department.
In March, 2008, I was appointed as Securities Department Specialist.
During my work in the company, I’ve gained experience in the sphere that was new for me, increased my professional level and continue to grow professionally all the time since life doesn’t stand still.

It is a priceless experience for me to have an opportunity to see “from the inside” how each business unit operates and feel as a part of the final result of the company’s work. My great achievement is certification and work at PFTS Stock Exchange. As Initsiatyva Stock Company is a part of UBG Corporation, there is a winning combination of positive features of work in a separate company and large holding, in particular: financial stability, career growth, social package and, at the same time, a friendly team in which you won’t get lost and will find support, individual approach of the management to each employee.

Work with Initsiatyva Investment Group is my first professional experience.
I started working in the company in October, 2007, as a specialist of the Depository Department.
Now, I am the Acting Head of the Depository Department.
Throughout my employment in Initsiatyva Investment Group, I have gained an extensive experience in this sphere and aim at further improvement of my professional level.

I’ve been employed as a Legal Advisor with Initsiatyva Stock Company, LLC, since May, 2008. During my work in the team of stock market professionals, I had an opportunity to see how theoretical knowledge of the legal framework is applied in practice. I’m very pleased to realize that specialists of such a high level take my advice and all together we find best ways out of difficult situations.
