Initsiatyva Open Private Pension Fund Obtained a Certificate

18.04.2008 State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Market in Ukraine resolved on entering of Initsiatyva Open Private Pension Fund (OPPF) into the State Register of Financial Institutions. INITSIATYVA, OPPF, was issued a Certificate series PF No.105.
INITSIATYVA, OPPF, was established on November 28, 2007, and is located at: 10/5 A, Sagaidachnogo/Igorevska Str., Kyiv.
The objective for establishing of INITSIATYVA, OPPF, was carrying-out of private pension provision activities by accumulating funds for their further investing for the participants' benefit as well as making of pension payments. Private pension provision activities include accumulating, preserving and increasing of pension funds in order to ensure the rights of participants of INITSIATYVA, OPPF, to receive additional pension payments on top of compulsory state pension insurance according to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine on Private Pension Provision.
Private pension provision activities are the exclusive type of activity for INITSIATYVA, OPPF.
